I am about 5’10” with shoes on and around 195lbs and do CrossFit. XL shorts and XL long sleeve fit super good.

I recently tried out the WoGlo motion shorts during a CrossFit workout, and they exceeded my expectations! I am 5’11, 210# and wore a size XL , and the fit was perfect—snug but not restrictive. The shorts feature an incredibly soft and comfortable liner, which includes a convenient cell phone pocket. The fabric feels great against the skin, making them a great choice for intense workouts. Today’s WOD was a hero workout called “Andi,” involving a variety of movements like hang power snatches, push presses, sumo deadlift high pulls, and front squats. The shorts held up exceptionally well throughout all the exercises, providing the perfect balance of flexibility and support. Whether I was in a deep squat or powering through a snatch, the WoGlo motion shorts offered the mobility I needed without any discomfort or restriction. Highly recommend these shorts for anyone looking for a versatile and comfortable option for high-intensity workouts. They truly perform and feel amazing!
Spent the entire training session in these and they are by far my favorite. Didnt have any issues with them getting caught on my legs nor did they feel heavy. They are extremely light, stretchy and feel very comfortable. Thanks, Woglo
Really love the clothes, the brand, and all they stand for! The material for the clothes is definitely my favorite for training and daily wear. The clothes run a bit small (my large fit like a medium) but that’s not much of an issues Just going to order a size up next time!
The best shorts! I wear them daily and probably own every color way. I would suggest sizing up.

I bought one pair of the motion shorts while visiting Hilton Head. After wearing them for a day, I immediately ordered every color. They’re the most comfortable everyday/workout shorts I’ve ever owned. I used to be a Lulu guy but have switched for good. Great company, great people and even better story. More than happy to support WOGLO!

Material is the best, the fit is the reason for 3 stars. I bought two pairs at an event in size large. I’m not a kid like they show in the advertised photos, I prefer looser or baggier fit. Those two large are sitting in a drawer unused. I made this order online for XL, much better fit, still liners are a bit snug, waist rolls a little. I wear a medium in Vurori, large in mmamgic comfortably. For what it’s worth, great product, be aware of the fit

I have worn my WOGLO motion shorts once so far on a chilly run. They have a different feel than my other running shorts. Very comfortable. I am looking forward to wearing them when the warmer weather returns. I run in very hot, humid conditions during the summer months. The materials of these WOGLO shorts are so much different that I want to see how they wick away the moisture during my summer runs. - This is my first purchase from WOGLO. I have been pleased with their customer service. Good folks. :)

From the moment I reached in to take the Motion Shorts out of the bag I was impressed with the buttery soft fabric and that only gets better when you put them on. The material these shorts are made of will not disappoint. I like the liner weight as it’s not too bulky or thick but yet stays in place as you move. Similarly, when walking around with a phone in the liner pocket the material, although light weight wasn’t weighed down by the phone. I’ve already placed an order for the other color knowing these will be my go to shorts.
