Yes, all of our orders are processed through the Shopify security system which is used by thousands of ecommerce businesses worldwide.
Once an order is placed the shipping address cannot typically be changed but reach out to us at contact@woglo.co and we will do our best to accomodate.
You will receive an email with a tracking number. If you do not receive the email within two days please reach out to us at contact@woglo.co
Orders are processed same day or next business day. Shipping times will vary by location but typically arrive within 3-8 days after processing.
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed we are unable to make any changes or modifications including cancellation. However, we can assist you with a return to receive a refund or change out the ordered product for another.
As with most apparel items for the best longevity most of our products should be washed with cold water and hang dried. If you decide to use a drying machine tumble on low temp inside out and understand that some items are susceptible to shrinking.
