Only if the order has not started processing. Email us immediately with your order number and the correct address. Once it is in process we cannot change it, and we cannot refund an order shipped to an address entered incorrectly.

Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Then shipping typically takes 1-6 days. Shorter times on the east coast, longer on the west.

You’ll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once the carrier scans the package. Tracking can take 24 hours to update after that email.

We currently do not ship internationally.

Check around the delivery spot, with neighbors, and your building office first. Carriers sometimes mark a package delivered a day early. If it still does not appear, contact us with your order number and we will open a carrier claim. Please use a secure address — we cannot replace stolen packages.

Inspect the order when it arrives and contact us right away with your order number and photos. We will make it right.

You have 30 days after your order arrives to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn and unused, with tags on, in the original bag, and free of makeup, perfume, marks, hair, or odor. Final sale, clearance, and socks cannot be returned. Original shipping is not refunded.

Email us with your order number and what you want to send back. We will confirm it is eligible and give you the return address and next steps.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged or defective. Original outbound shipping is not refunded.

Once the return is approved and inspected, we process it within 7 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to post the credit to your original payment method.

Yes, if the item meets return conditions and the new size, color, or style is in stock. Exchanges are at the original item price, not including shipping. If the new item costs more, you simply pay the difference.

Yes. Tell us which pieces you are sending back. Only those items are refunded or exchanged.

Socks, final sale, and clearance. Anything worn, washed, missing tags, not in the original bag, or showing makeup, scent, marks, hair, or other debris. Returns that fail inspection can be sent back to you but without a refund.

Our Motion shorts with liner are intentionally snug for serious workouts. Our premium fabric offers great flex but if you prefer less snug definitely size up.

Polyester traps heat and odor for a lot of people and reacts negatively with their body chemistry. We prefer to use more natural materials that are healthier to wear and don't shed microplastics.

Superfine merino for temperature control and natural odor resistance. TENCEL™ for breathability and a silky, light hand. Together they make a lightweight, polyester-free tee that works in a workout and after it.

Lenzing Modal is a beech-pulp fiber: softer than cotton, highly breathable, and better at pulling moisture off skin than typical poly tees. Siveo also uses silver-ion treatment to fight odor. It has an unbelievable drape and the comfort is unmatched.

Nylon gives that buttery hand-feel, stretch, and durability we want — without the heat-trap and odor many athletes get from polyester. Polyester is also typically made with an antimony catalyst that can leave residue in the fiber; nylon is not. Some people find polyester holds heat and odor against the skin.

Yes — a small amount of spandex (elastane) in styles that need stretch and recovery. Natural fibers and nylon give the feel and breathability; a little spandex keeps the waistband, bra, tee, or short from bagging out after you train. We use only as much as the piece needs, not a poly-heavy blend dressed up as performance wear.

Wash leggings and shirts inside out in cold water, gentle cycle, mild detergent and never use bleach.

Air dry is best for every collection. But our products stand up to the dryer, just use the lowest heat setting and don't use fabric softener (some can coat fibers and kill wicking).

Not if you keep water and drying cold. Our products hold up great for size stability unless it contains cotton. Cotton is always most susceptible to shrinkage.

Our fabrics are selected specifically for non-pilling. However, pilling can occur on many fabrics due to heat, over-drying, and over-exposed rubbing against other fabrics. If pilling occurs, use a fabric shaver or sweater comb.
