Refund policy
We appreciate your orders and understand that on occasion, an item may not be what you expected so we have a flexible return policy. As with anything, there are some reasonable criteria that must be met. These criteria are in place to protect our customers from product shortages or cost increases due to scam shoppers. Please review our policy carefully as to avoid an unaccepted return.
RETURN POLICY
- We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since fulfillment we cannot issue you a return or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- All items must be free of make-up, markings, perfumes, scents or odors of any kind.
- Items must be returned in it's original bag.
- Items must be free from any type of debris including hair of any kind.
- If items are returned damaged or do not fit the listed criteria, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange.
- Exchanges will be for the original cost of the item, not including shipping. If item is exchanged for a more expensive product the difference will need to be paid.
- If a refund or exchange is approved, it may take up to 7 business days to process.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment. If your return is denied it will be returned back to you. Please know that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post a refund.
Product Damages / Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please Note:
- Final sale and clearance items cannot be returned.
- Shipping costs cannot be refunded.
- After 30 days, products cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Socks cannot be returned.
